The second meeting of the eleventh Parliament commences today the 18th of November 2019.

According to the Provisional Order Paper, two Bills will be brought before Parliament for the first and second readings this morning. The ‘2020 Appropriation Bill 2019’ and the ‘Income Tax (Amendment) Bill 2019.’

The ‘Income Tax (Amendment) Bill 2019’ will also go for the second reading.

And a motion to invite his Royal Highness onto the Parliament Dais is also expected to be moved by the Hon. Prime Minister.

The motion reads, “That Parliament invite His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales onto the Dais of this Chamber at 10:20 a.m. on Monday 25th November 2019, in order that His Royal Highness may deliver an address to Parliament.”

Parliament is expected to specially adjourn to the 25th of November 2019, thus a motion of special adjournment to be moved by the Prime Minister.
